Sorry, bex, I was referring to Dave and Adey who between them have a combined age of over 50. Us spring chickens are obviously arriving on the same day and will be on hand to get the wheelchairs, blankets, slippers and pipes out of the back of the hire car for the old geezers. However, I am feeling a little old, with only 2 weeks left of being 23 
Bex wot do you wanna paddle this weekend???

Dont mind, Tryweryn is a bit of a trek, not sure where else. Just want a little play really. Could just go to the Nene or somewhere, but you guys dont need to worry, can always get sco to go with me as I'm sure you'll want something a bit more challenging!
