Hi Guys, now that I've re found the website I can get to work!

My name is James/GB/Jamie or Mary on a Sunday. My main interest is polo but I'm quite partial towards running the odd river too and am always down on Monday night training people (not this year though obviously!). I love drinking vodka and coke and getting sunburnt. Anyway enough about me

OK this may sound greedy but I'd like to run for two positions, mainly because Polo Captain is what I would do anyway regardless of whether I get it or not!

OK\my propositions for Polo Captain

- I have shed loads of contacts who can lend us kit so that we can take part in loads of tournaments throughout the year rather than just BUSA. This means weekends away for people who want to play polo.

- I will guarantee that we enter some tournaments and have a great time playing polo all year round.

-I know how to train people up and train quite a lot so will be willing to run regular training sessions on the canal or over at Birmingham etc to get peoples skills up.

- If I train up Birmingham uni then Aston get to go to Birmingham week in week out rather than just once or twice a term and I WILL make sure that we actually get a group of people together training at least once a week at Birmingham. I will also ensure that this agreement continues once I have left the university so that we can start a proper polo team.

-I'm a world champion (had to put that in there!)

- I'll win BUSA !! !!

- Dave- I think it's awesome that you've gone for polo captain and if you get it then I'll still do all of the above anyway!! If you don't get it then if you could help me in this position then that would be great!

-I'll organize proper piss ups and seshes regularly.

- I'll get us all to night clubs after sesh!

-I'll organize non canoeing activities such as paintballing, weekend in amsterdam (why the heck not!) and general banterous activities to get to know one another.

- I'll ensure that weekends away are filled with lot of fun!!
