A reliable source tells me that the water levels out there at the moment are quite high due to the unprecidented high volumes of snow over the winter and combined with a relatively cold spring time out there, snow has hung around and is not going very quickly.
Now I am not sure how true this is but...up until a week or two ago there was still snow below the tree line out there.
I think this year the water could possibly be a lot higher due to the lateness of the snow melting... Which would be a good thing of course!! _________________ The Sco

| yeah, I heard that to. apparently the middle guil is a awesome run when the levels are high, loads of nice big holes and stuff. the only bad thing about loads of water is that getting stuff back after people swim is going to be a nightmare. |

Not sure I agree. He is grading the rivers when they are at the ideal level. When we went last year the rivers weren't at the optimum level. If you knock his grades down you'll get caught out... _________________ http://exastoncc.blogspot.com |

Oh yes, the original question... I'm not sure this is really in the usual area, but that said it might be possible. _________________ http://exastoncc.blogspot.com |
